My mother’s been cooking South Indian food longer than I’ve been alive. The recipes in our pouches are hers – most of them came from her mother. I started Friszon to send what we relish at home to your kitchen, without changing anything on the way. I’m not going to dress this up as a three-generation legacy brand with a grand origin story – it’s simpler than that. I’ve always wanted to start a business, and food was the obvious choice because I’m someone who genuinely loves to eat well. My mother knows how to cook properly, and when I asked her to help me build this, she did.
